Our team of in-house chefs specialises in showcasing Marlborough's gourmet produce. They know how the food has been produced and understand how to bring out the most subtle of flavours to ensure a mouthwatering dining experience you won't want to miss.
Begin the day with a delicious continental or cooked breakfast, then wind down in the afternoon with delicious canapés prepared in front of you at our Chef's Bench or in the sunny courtyard in front of the outdoor fire, followed by an exquisite lodge-style dinner expertly paired with premium wines from Marlborough and throughout New Zealand.
